Classic old world European architecture has been blended with a touch of American Tudor for an updated take on traditional design. Combining enduring elements of classic traditional design and open concept living, this showcase home reflects the modern functionality demanded by today’s busy lifestyles while creating ample space for entertaining and gathering with family and friends.

Strategically scattered throughout the home are both intimate and grand gathering areas. These spaces flow from the interior and exterior and lend the home to year-round entertaining and activities with family and friends. A beverage center adjacent to the fireplace on the main level is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail or enjoy drinks before dinner. The expansive outdoor living spaces include a fully screened in porch featuring a stone fireplace and grill. Down on the lower level, a walk-in conditioned wine cellar, adjacent bar, game space, and media area will make you the host with the most.

This home is also peppered with design features and materials that thoughtfully consider the importance of the family pet. Elements including highly durable and scratch resistant flooring, a built-in pet feeding station in the kitchen island and a large pet wash in the garage are all evidence of this. It’s details like these that enhance the functionality and enjoyment of the home and helps to illustrate just how client centric the design of a custom Duke Homes truly is.
